CARTIER Diamond Ace Of Hearts Card White Gold Limited Edition Pendant

This authentic rare Cartier pendant is crafted in 18k white gold and features a red enamel heart in the center surrounded with about 80 pave brilliant-cut round D-E-F VVS1-VVS2 diamonds weighing an estimated 1.50 carats. The reverse of the charm features an an ace of hearts playing card with a red enamel heart in the center and 2 round brilliant-cut diamonds in the corners. This is a very rare limited edition pendant, only 70 were made, and this one is numbered 06. Made in France circa 1990s.
