This magnificent Cartier cross is made in 18k yellow gold and set with faceted rubies, sapphires, and emerald. Completed with an adjustable black silk cord. The Byzantine motif was designed by Louis Cartier during his trip to Russia in the early part of the 20th century, providing inspiration for the St. Petersburg jewelry collection. Made in circa 1980s.
